Some of those using our services are referred by third parties or other agencies, such as GPs, local support agencies, charities or local and national government departments.  If you are working with individuals who require our assistance please  telephone 0300 303 4321 to discuss making a referral.

Over 2000

people were helped to claim nearly £8 million of additional income

£12.5 Million

In 2016/17 we assisted nearly 900 people to deal with their debts totalling £12.5 million


people remained in their homes as a result of negotiation and representation in court
