Subject Access Request Form

Dumfries & Galloway Citizens Advice Service (D&GCAS) uses your personal data to provide you with a range of services. You can access the data we have about you for some or all of these services.

You can submit a request by completing the form below, or you can contact us by phone, email, in writing, or in person.

We will respond to this request within one month. The one month response period will begin once all the information we need is supplied.

We will retain a copy of our correspondence and any personal data disclosed for seven years.

In certain circumstances, Data Protection legislation permits D&GCAS to withhold information, for example information likely to cause serious harm to the physical or mental health or condition of you, or any other person, and information relating to or provided by a third person who has not consented to the disclosure.
