Important news regarding the planned RTS switch off.

20th June 2025

The deadline for the planned RTS signal switch off have now been changed to a phased switch off, starting from 30th June.

However, you still need to contact your supplier if you have an old RTS meter, as this may mean that your heating and hot water supply stop working normally.

If you need support with the RTS switch of or any other energy related issue, contact our Safe and Warm Adviser on 0300 303 4321 or email info@dagcas.org.
