We Change Lives!

We are pleased to launch our Annual Report for 2023-24, detailing not only the statistics generated by our service over that period, but a few of the human stories behind the figures.

We are rightly proud of the number of clients we support throughout the year, the amount of advice we give and financial gains we secure for them, totalling an amazing £9.9 million in 2023-24. It is money put back into the pockets of Dumfries and Galloway residents, into the local economy and a testament to the knowledge and dedication of our advisers. But that is not the whole story. Behind those statistics are real people, individuals with their own stories.

As important as the statistics are, our report this year focuses more on the human impact of our service. The difference it makes to our clients, to our staff, our volunteers and our partners. The success of our service is not only measured in financial gains, but the way in which it changes lives for the better and the positive impact our service brings to the region.
