The post holder will provide administrative support to the Business Development Manager & Finance Sub-Committee. The post holder will have responsibility for processing monthly staff salaries via SAGE Payroll, administering invoices and payments, and recording transactions on SAGE Accounts. They will also assist the Business Development Manager in the preparation of monthly, and annual, financial reports.
Evidence of experience and qualifications at SCQF level 6 is required, with experience of SAGE Payroll and Accounts preferred. Evidence of Continuous Professional Development would be desirable, as would a relevant qualification. Expertise in relevant legislation, case law and codes of practice and recent experience working within finance is also preferred.
SCQF level 6 Salary £23,175.00 pro rata
14 hours per week based in our Dumfries Bureau
Duration: Funded until 31 December 2021
