UPDATE: CORONAVIRUS
22nd September 2020WE ARE STILL HERE; WE ARE STILL HELPING PEOPLE WITH PRIORITY ISSUES
The Government have now placed further Coronavirus restrictions BUT WE ARE STILL OPEN.
From 22nd March 2020, we have provided a service and helped over 7000 people with 10326 different issues. We have helped clients gain £3.7 million; this is money that in all likelihood is being reinvested in our communities. WE CAN HELP MANY MORE.

We are OPEN for appointments and a drop-in service from:
Monday- Thursday: 9:30am-4:30pm (closed 12:30-1:30pm)
Friday: 9:30am-4pm (closed 12:30-1:30pm)
We are expecting high demand and would request that if you can contact us by telephone or through our website then you should continue to do so. This will be a quicker way of speaking to an adviser.
If you are experiencing symptoms associated with coronavirus or are living with someone who is please do not attend any of our bureaux.
We will of course continue to follow government guidelines and these arrangements will be subject to on-going review.
