We are engaging with the people who can get in touch with us, but what about the most vulnerable people who don’t own a mobile or don’t have access to the internet? How can they reach us for help and advice?
We ask you to get in touch if you are concerned about a neighbour, a friend, relative or someone in your community who needs our hep but can’t access our service themselves. If you know someone struggling and can not access our service by telephone or internet please call or email us (with their consent) on their behalf.
