As an Administration Assistant you would hold a pivitol position within the organsation. The post holder will be responsible for providing front line customer service to our clients. You would provide general call handling across region as well as administration support to the Bureau Manager, project staff and volunteers in our Annan Bureau.
If you have a minimum of 2 years experience working within an administrative role and are educated to SCQF level 5 (or have relevant experience) then please contact us for an application pack.
SCQF level 5 Salary £18,230.00 pro rata
17.5 hours per week based in our Annan Bureau
Duration: Funded until 31 December 2021
